Returns and Refunds
Returns
Buynewart is dedicated to offering the highest levels of quality and service. We will be happy to refund or exchange any item(s)* that you are not completely satisfied with, as long as it is returned in an unused condition, within 14 days. Before returning any product, you must obtain a Goods Return Number (GRN) number. You can obtain an GNR number by emailing your request to returns@buynewart.com. Please indicate in your email the reason why the goods are being returned. All returned goods must be accompanied by a delivery note (this comes with the delivery of your goods), with completed details on the reverse.
We encourage all users to pay for shipping insurance on the return of their goods.

Providing a GRN number has been obtained and the product is returned in perfect condition within 14 days, you will receive a full refund. However the cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.
This policy does not affect your UK Statutory Rights.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. We can exchange a limited or unlimited print if you are not satisfied with the quality of the print. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. Please note all items undergo a thorough quality check before dispatch and are protected by heavy-duty cardboard tubing.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Union (EU).
Refunds
Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card including sales taxes for all European Union (EU) country shipments excluding shipping charges. As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the EU.

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by buynewart within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Items that are opened or returned more than 14 days after delivery will receive a partial refund at our discretion. See our Refunds page for more details.
If you need to return an item, our online Returns Center will guide you through the returns process and provide you with a printable return-shipping label.
