Delivery and Shipping of Your Art
Buynewart will endeavour to despatch all orders within 3 working days of order acceptance, subject to availability. All goods will be delivered by Parcel Force. Depending on the delivery address, deliveries will take between 1 and 3 days. Please note that because we use carriers to deliver your products, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
We encourage all users to pay for shipping insurance in the delivery of their goods. This option is available at checkout.
When ordering products for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Buynewart, you are considered the 'Importer of Record' and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the product.
If nobody is available to sign for the delivery when it arrives at the agreed delivery address, then Parcel Force will leave a calling card giving the number to call to arrange a re-delivery. If re-delivery is attempted without success on two further occasions, the goods will be returned to the Buynewart Goods Depot.
When you order online, you will be asked to enter the country of delivery. After this, we will calculate the delivery charge appropriate to your destination. International delivery is available worldwide.
Once your order has been despatched, you can obtain the parcel tracking number by viewing your order details. These can be found in the "My Account / Order History" section of the website. If you then please go the Parcel Force website where you will be able to use the tracking number to trace your package.
